Humans being is the leader (khalifah) of Allah on earth. As a leader, every single man is demanded to be obedient to the rules made by the God. These rules have been described in His Book, Koran, and in His Prophetâ€™ hadith. One of the humanâ€™s obediance forms to God is by keeping the relationship with the Creator or it is known with the term â€œhablul minallahâ€and also by maintaining his relationship with other people which is known as â€œhabl min alÂnasâ€. All forms of human activities either related to worship (mahdhah or ghairu mahdhah) or muamalah activities concerning with economic activities cannot be separated from the eyes of Allah. Therefore one of the economic philosophy keys of Islam is selfÂsurrender to the Creator in every behavior. In addition, human is also required to maintain good relations with fellow creatures of Allah such as to the other human being, animals, plants, and even the environment. To be fair and to avoid oppression toward other creatures are examples of human respect forms to the creatures of Allah SWT.

Muâ€™amalah objects in Islamic terminology is very broad, so Koran and sunnah explain more on muamalah issues in global and universal language that demand active interpretation of Moslem. This fact is actually an indication that Islam provides an opportunity for people to do their own innovation and new creations to do muâ€™amalah activity in accordance with the importance of their needs as long as the form of muamalah are not againts the basic foundations of Islamic teachings. One of the many practices of muâ€™amalah done by todayâ€™s modern society is what is known as an employment system or employment contract, or in terms of the classical fiqh it is called alÂIjarah. For the clearer goal of this discussion it is necessary to determine the thinking framework about the concept of Ijarah and its foundation used. Study on this article found that Islam sets regulation on the employment relationships traffic arrangements for the employment relationship in mutual way: what becomes the right for one side and vice versa. This reciprocal relationship is manifested in the form of employment agreement. The aspects that must exist in the employment agreement or contract between the employee and employer are working conditions, working hours, and wages determination. While employeeâ€™ rights are the right to receive decent wage, the right to get the job according to ability, the right for health services, and the right for legal protection.

The neglect of the poor is an indicator of the governmentâ€™s failure in carrying out their functions as protectors of the people, especially in connection with the fulfillment of basic rights such as food, clothing, housing, education and health. The emergence of the poor society is not merely a failure of the lowÂlevel society, but also as the impact of uneven distribution policy. Rasul and his companions through their monetary policy provide economic protection for the poor from various country incomes. The sensitivity of poverty was not only shown for the Islamic society but also nonÂIslamic groups who needed help. Various programs of â€œantiÂpovertyâ€ were conducted as a manifestation to protect the lower class.

This study aimed to explain the laws substances about the tithe of profession in law. To know the role of government on management and utilization tithe of profession. Moreover, want to know the peopleâ€™s perspectives about tithe of profession in government management. Type of this study was the socio legal research by the use qualitative analysis technique and sourced of data from the primary data and secondary data, by using test model of frequency distribution. The result of research in substance there are weaknesses in the management of the tithe management. The role of government in management, and utilization tithe of profession was not maximized.The perception of Gorontalo society towards zakat profesi is still based on religion.

Over the past few years the study of Islamic economics are commonly carried out in line with the growth of Islamic financial institution. This study has encouraged the growth of Islamic economics literature with a variety of themes. This paper aims to describe the portrait of Islamic economics study in the Islamic College (PTAI) from the standpoint of academic works produced by graduates. There were 194 abstracts at the State Islamic Institute (STAIN) Bukittinggi, precisely in the Department of Islamic Economics analyzed using content analysis. The result of this study showed that Islamic economics was studied with various themes. Islamic financial institutions and financial products with a murabaha contract was at the top rank as the research theme. The findings of those studies encourage and strengthen the previous research, in addition to contributing toward the literature improvement. This study did not mean to say that the study of Islamic economics, particularly Islamic banking from academic research point of view has been drained, but it is expected that in the future the Islamic economics studies are more likely to be observed with a new approach, so that islamic economic studies is much more attractive.

The Islamic / Syaria Bank is a financial institution that is engaged in activities for the purpose of getting financial benefit (profit oriented). In Islam looking for profit is allowed as long as the profit obtained is not contrast to Islamic teachings. Islamic banks which are based on Islamic teachings definately attempt to get benefits that are not againts its principles. In order to obtain the benefits through the right way, Islamic bank implements muamalah contract which is profitÂoriented, that is selling (tijarah) contract such as alÂbaiâ€™u contract (purchase), syirkah (investment) , and Ijarah (rent). Beside that, the bank remains implementing nonÂbusiness oriented contract (nonÂprofit oriented), as wakalah (representation), rahn (mortgage), and kafalah (insurance).
